Blanket in PA

We are looking for a blanket mortgage in the $400,000 area at roughly 90% LTV in Pennsylvania on 27 non-owner occupied properties. Anyone know of lenders who play this kind of ball? Thanks
not at 90, maybe at 80 eastern savings bank or valley pine mortgage would be my 1st 2 shots (i’ve done 8 n/o/o prop blanket with ESB before, if you would like to co-broker, i would be happy to)
